Pedro Megías González. Graduated from the faculty of law at Deusto University (Bilbao) as Licenciado en Derecho in 1970 (lawyer). Since 1971 independent lawyer and barrister representing some of the most important domestic and international companies in food- and beverage industry and also important banks and insurance companies.
He is the regional legal representative for Heineken breweries. In the academic field he collaborates with the chair in procedural law at the University of Málaga. He also is a member of the council of experts at the Mercantile Court in Málaga and has hereby been frequently appointed official receiver or trustee for companies in liquidation or bankruptcy. Appointed Honorary Consul for Sweden in Málaga.
Pedro Megías Torres. Licenciado en Derecho at the University of Málaga in 1994 (lawyer). His special interest in international and coaeiercial and company law, has brought innumerable court cases as barrister and lawyer.
He has also represented several important international investors, developing projects in Andalucía, Madrid and the Balearic Islands. Also often appointed official receiver or trustee by the Mercantile Court in Málaga. He is fluent in both English and French.
Manuel Megías Torres. Law degree at the University Complutense in Madrid, Licenciado en Derecho, in 2006. Member of Ilustre Colegio de Abogados in Málaga. Practical law studies completed in 2009 with the responsibility of lawyer on duty in Marbella since then. Collaborating in the Heineken cases and special competence in criminal law.
Juan Martín Fernández. Degree in Economics by the University of Málaga in 1970. From the beginning, he started to work in the Finantial sector and he had important roles in some Spanish banks in Andalucia and the Canary Islands.
In 2002 he left Solbank to joint Bufete Megías Abogados to lead the accountancy department.
He is one of the expert appointed by the Mercantile Court in Málaga to help in companies liquidations.
